One of Tasmania's top cyclists and a brilliant track all-a-rounder is singing the praises of the world's  healthy energy drink! I have been a cycling professionally for  years, and wanted to let everyone know that ACT is a fantastic, healthy energy drink that has greatly assisted my training and recovery!

When I was first introduced to ACT, I thought it was just another sports drink. But I soon found it wasn’t. Before I started taking ACT, I was working, training & racing a lot, which was making me tired and I was never recovering properly. I first took ACT a few weeks ago. I took it 1 hour before training one night. After training I got home feeling alert & awake instead of tired & wanting to go straight to bed. The next night I did the same. I took ACT 1 hour before training, and by the next day I was feeling 95% recovered!

I thought to myself, "It’s only a drink; it couldn’t improve my recovery that much."  But it must be the ACT because I haven’t done anything different than the previous weeks, yet this week I had trained hard & achieved more. I have also noticed when I take ACT it makes me more alert & focused. Now, I’m very keen on the benefits of  ACT, to ensure quick recovery after hard training, and especially after a grueling race.
